Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit covered the topic of course materials, their advantages and disadvantages as well as some of the things to look for when purchasing teaching materials. I think this was a fairly common sense unit that most people would easily understand. Most of the information would be just logic. But i do always enjoy reading to make sure that the way i think is confirmed by professionals. This unit about about testing and evaluating students. There were two major sections, tests given by the school/teacher and general English tests given for working, studying, or living in English speaking countries. I was surprised to learn of the Skills for Life because, as an American, I did not think of how some other countries test (however optional) their immigrants on English.
