UICA needs full-time EFL teachers for schools in Qingdao and Xi'an, China. Teachers work 5 days a week teaching 16-25 hours, with two consecutive days off. We provide a relaxing and comfortable work space in a modern office building near subway station and shopping mall. Apart from the contact hours, teachers are expevted to grade work, plan lessons, and carry out other teaching-related paperwork. We also hold regular staff meetings, professional development activities, and marketing activities.
BENEFITS:
Salary Range: RMB 15,000 to 25,000 per month (Salary varies depending on the teaching experience, qualifications, and teaching hours, etc.)
A. Language teacher (students age of 4-12): RMB15,000-20,000/month;
B. Experienced teacher with more than 5 years’ experience and 3 years’ management experience：RMB20,000-25,000/month.
Training: We offer training in cross cultural communication, elementary Chinese, and introductory teaching methods. You will also get the opportunity to practice your teaching skills at a local public school.
Airfare allowance: You will receive airfare allowance up to RMB 10,000 upon completion of a one- year contract.
House allowance: We provide 2500RMB/month, which can cover the rent for one bed room or two beds room apartment with furniture and appliances near the school of UICA.
Bonus: Upon completion of a one-year contract you will receive a contract completion bonus more than RMB 3,000.
Vacation: You will receive 2-3 weeks of paid vacation per year, except all annual Chinese Bank holidays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：
Native level English speakers from the United States, Canada, Australia, U.K, South Africa, New Zealand, or Ireland.
Aged 25-60.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
No work experience required.
TESOL/TEFL/TOEFL certificate holders preferred.
Willing to accept flexible teaching time, including weekends
