We are the only registered subsidiary of a Chinese company in the UK that specializes in educational services. We have direct links with schools in China.

We are now under contract to supply over 500 EFL/ESL teachers and teaching assistants to various Chinese universities and schools.

As long as you are:
• A native English speaker
• Age between 18-60
• Flexible and adaptable
• Good physical and mental health
• Excellent English language skills.

You must be comfortable speaking in front of groups, be enthusiastic about teaching, and have strong organizational skills.

We will offer you:
1- Reimbursement of your full/half round trip international air fare (Economy Class only) if you work one year/six months
2- Fully furnished and high quality accommodation.
3- Excellent fixed monthly payment of 3000 RMB to 5000 RMB (256-427 pounds) teaching of 16 hours/week, depending on your academic qualification and teaching/work experience. This is high by local standards and enables a very comfortable standard of living; there is also the possibility of earning of additional income (up to 100RMB/hour) during your spare time.

Application Procedures:
Step 1: When we got your CV and photograph, we will let you know your application has been approved or not within 3 working days.
Step 2: If your application has been proved by us, we will contact you within 3 working days. Materials for getting work permit and visa will be requested. Signed contract will be sent to you at the same time. You need to sign the contract, return to Insight China with refundable ฃ30 deposit to keep the placement, it will be refund to you when you arrive school. The supporting document for getting work permit and visa will be issued by Chinese government; usually it will take 2-3 weeks.
Step 3: Insight China will assist you to book flight ticket and apply visa in Chinese embassy or consulate in the UK. (Only candidates resident in the UK, not including overseas candidates). It takes at most 3 working days to issue a visa from Chinese embassy or Chinese consulate.
Step 4: Insight China will forward flight details to China so as to arrange picking up services. The representative from school will meet you at airport and arrange transportation to go to the school. Local transportation will be arranged and paid by school.
