Enjoyable unit, given me a lot to think about, with ways and idea's of approaching a lesson to motivate and get the class actively involved. I still feel I would like to concentrate more on beginner's and understanding how you get a class who have never spoken a word of English to get started and understand. I have some idea's but would like that to be taught in these units. I look forward to the next UnitI've learnt pros and cons of working individual, as a group and pairwork. It's really important to balance between maintaining discipline and establishing rapport at the same time. This unit also taught me that how eye contact, gesture and the voice can be used. If one of my student has a problem behavior, I should focus on the problem not to my student. For solving the problem I can call him/her after class
