Business English Advisory Ltd. is a language institute that has been active in the Santiago market for more than 20 years. We are currently hiring native level EFL teachers. We are a professional company that teaches Business English to executives in national and international companies in Santiago de Chile. Our students are generally executive level professionals and therefore we value professionalism and dedication from our teachers. Our teachers travel to our students´ offices twice or three times a week for an hour and a half or two our class.

We work with a self created and standardized curriculum of materials which we adapt per the student's needs. This means we both help our teachers by providing material and our students by personalizing the individual course. We offer competitive pay as well as the curriculum support needed for your classes.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Work visa for Chile

-English teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc..)

-Experience teaching English as a foreign language

I have learnt how important it is to use the classroom correctly. That organizing your classes is very important and can affect the lesson and can mean the difference between a success or failure in your lessons for the students. I have also learnt that it is extremely important that you control your students and classroom correctly in order to get the best results from your studentsProductive skills are substantially different but used for the same purpose, communication. Accuracy and Fluency are also equally important in the different stages of a lesson. When providing feedback after an activity focus on what the students were able to do rather than what they couldn't. Many of the same factors as those of speaking lesson need to be considered and incorporated.
