Carrot English, a leader in English language instruction, is looking for full-time and part-time TEFL qualified native English speaking instructors to teach English by video and phone to students in Korea. We need teachers who are able to teach a variety of ages and abilities and are available to start immediately. We have both full time and part time split-shifts, with peak demand times 4am-11:30am (Mon-Fri) and 5pm-9pm (Sun-Fri) Eastern Daylight time. We prefer teachers who are available during at least 8 hours of the peak demand times, but all applicants will be considered. Classes are 10, 15, or 20 minutes long. (Video classes may be longer)
Requirements:
Professional appearance and demeanor
TESOL or TEFL certification
University Degree
Quiet area to work
Windows-based reliable computer with at least 2 GB of RAM
Hard wired High-Speed internet service (no wireless) of at least 10Mbps
Headset with a microphone (Logitech USB Headsets Recommended)
Consistent daily availability during our peak demand times
Immediately available to start
