Ceal Express Immersions, a well established business, is looking for a high-enthusiasm native level EFL teacher to work at an English immersion school in the historical city of Tiradentes, Minas Gerais. Teachers receive starting salary of R$200 per day (pay bumps up depending on qualifications and student feedback), room and board and bus ticket paid. Standard immersion day is from 07:30 – 21:00. Aside from its stunning natural beauty, the school is a paradise for teachers, having all necessary equipment to teach high-quality classes. Teachers are encouraged to use their creative skills and develop interesting content. Extremely dedicated teachers may be sponsored for a work visa.
The CEAL school was originally founded in Rio de Janeiro by the sociologist and professor of English Ed Garson in 1967 and specialized in the teaching of English for adults from that time. In 1999, due to increased demand, it began a new strand in Minas Gerais: Ceal Express immersions.
