Essential to the position: 
Recognised degree at bachelor level or above.
TESOL / TEFL qualification as per NEAS standards.
Impressive oral and written communication skills with awareness of cross-cultural communication.
Motivation, creativity and enthusiasm in the overall student learning process.
Experience teaching EAP.
