Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This a difficult section even for a native speaker and despite completing it I suspect that I will need to come back to this repeatedly in order to get it right. However, the section is clear, despite the fact that there are many 'exceptions to the rules'. This is just a difficult area and I suspect that it is one that will be testing for both me and my students! I just hope I have passed!!The unit carefully explains the various types of past tenses, gives basic forms of usage and highlights common errors made while speaking the English Language. Personally, the most important and interesting part of the unit was the different teaching ideas given for each tense. I found this very useful both in practice and theory, these would enhance effective learning among the students.
