Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I considered some of the teaching equipment an aids in this unit to be out dated. However, after reading through the unit, I see that many of the older technologies like overhead projectors, still have unique value and utility that aren't replaced by newer technologies. It's also helpful to think about how some of these older technologies may still be the main tools for teaching in less developed regions of the world.I strongly believe this unit could've been much more helpful and could have given much more examples to stress, phonetic script etc. This unit I found very hard and confusing to all the other units but was still a different type of way to teach pronunciations. However I have learnt the phonetic script for the first time, I never knew it was part of language teaching but it was an interesting topic to have been taught.
