Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit was so very hard! I felt like I needed to have a communication sciences & disorders degree in order to understand this thoroughly. I did get something out of it but there was too much information in the chapter to be tested on. It would need to be separated into several different sections to be taught correctly but I understand that would be too long in regards to what this certificate means. This unit was quite challenging. I understood model auxiliary verbs pretty quickly and enjoyed reading through the teaching ideas, the video was also very informative, but when it came to phrasal verbs I got quite confused, it took a while for me to actually grasp what phrasal verbs were and I must definitely do some more practice with them before I even begin thinking about teaching them to students.
