Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit discussed the most commonly used lesson plans. However, teachers should be prepared to deviate from this plan if students do not progress through the activities as quickly or easily as expected. The lesson plan should be used as a guide and not a script. Flexibility is key when planning a lesson. This is a key factor of the plan in order to mold the lesson to the needs of the students. This unit helps the teacher to better his/her teaching methods and tecniques in teaching english as a second language to others.it also focuses on phonetics. This can help the students to better their pronounciation skills. In this unit,a teacher should be able to learn what's neccessary to discuss and to do in the classroom so as to improve students english level and get their attention in class.
