Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit focuses on the attributes of an effective teacher as well as the attributes of excellent. It analyzes each of the roles that a teacher plays in the classroom. It also discusses some of the strengths and challenges that various learners may encounter. Finally, this unit provides a breakdown of the various skill levels a non-native speaker might achieve in English language arts.Learning receptive skills is crucial for all ages, but it is sometimes problematic for adults (who learn to speak and write faster). This chapter clearly explains how to approach teaching listening and writing to make it a pleasurable and efficient experience. Yet another revision of the covered material and examples of exercises make the transit from theory into practice easy and nice.
