Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit talks about how to use course materials properly. It compares and contrasts textbooks with supplemental materials and discusses the way to use these materials properly. In otherwords, a course book is the main material to use for teaching content, but should not be used at all times because supplemental materials allow for students to learn things in ways that the traditional way doesn't.I learned methodology of teaching. These are grammar-translation, suggestopaedia, lexical approach, the silent way, presentation /pratice and production, and task base approach. There four methods of teaching : firstly engage, study and activate for example the straight arrow study and boomerang study then patchwork study. Secondly the active phase, then study phase and finally the correction phase.
