Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Grammar is often said to be the tree trunk and branches of a language while vocabulary and functions are the leaves that add beauty and variety. This unit reflects the techniques of learning a new language structure and vocabulary functions. A teacher have to ensure that students are introduced to new language in a balanced and manageable way. This unit study is a great help for a teacher taking ESA methods. From this unit I have learnt many new ideas for my lessons, for example different kind of games I haven't heard of before. I am aware of almost every teaching method mentioned in this unit and I have tried some of them with my students, with different results. However, ESA was completely new for me and I'm definitely going to try this method as it seems to be very effective and can be used in various ways.
