When going into anew teaching job teachers are usually face with two types of groups; new group: where students are unfamiliar with each other and existing groups where students have an existing relationship with each other. Both groups have their own advantages and disadvantages. Teachers are also faced with the difficulty of having to teach a large class at some point in their career. This unit shines light on the different types of beginners and gives a lot of useful tips and techniques to help the teacher to better handle the diversities of the classroom. Until I completed this unit, I too thought myself incapable of teaching in the business field. I feel that this unit, just as the others have, has upgraded the mental focus necessary in approaching my first class.
