I have learned from this lesson that the attitude that you have while teaching a class is very important in how effective you will be while you are teaching. Another thing that I have learned from the videos is that it is important to effectively convey what you are looking for when asking a question of your students and to adapt your questioning if they are having trouble understanding.THIS UNIT HAS TAUGHT ME ABOUT THE ROLE OF A TEACHER IN A CLASSROOM SETTING AND HOW TO BEST USE THE TOOLS I HAVE LEARNT TO TEACH. FROM GUIDING STUDENTS AND ENABLING A HEALTHY ATMOSPHERE FOR LEARNING TO BEING AN ASSESSOR, GIVING FEEDBACK AND ASSESSMENT IN A FAIR AND CONSISTENT MANNER, TO ASSISTING STUDENTS IN ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS BY CHALLENGING THEM TO BE THE BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES.
