Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I learnt constructing past tenses. Using past simple were time is given. Past continuous a past interrupted past action with out time expression. Past perfect using After/When and that the past action is finished before another action in the past started. Past perfect continuous to talk about the longer actions in the past that had been going on up to the past moment that we are thinking about. In this unit, I learned the seven most common future tenses and their usages. I believe the greatest challenge as the student and as a teacher is to slow down and think through why we use a certain tense at a certain time and for what purpose. These are the questions and the logical thoughts that a student must think through and we must be ready with a clear and simple explanation and examples.
