Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In teaching English learners come in different types from teaching beginners, to teaching individual students, children, business purposes to monolingual and multilingual classes. They all present their own challenges which have to be taken into account by the teacher. One example of analysis is to prepare a Needs Analysis to determine each students requirement or interest in learning English.I have been teaching for a long time but my scores in the last unit tests proves that I needed to refresh my mind on the details and aspects of lesson planning. I am more of a person who would just prepare a structure outline of what I will teach but for the purposes of continuing improvement, I find the self-evaluation form helpful to use especially if the school conducts teacher evaluations.
