British American Language Academy, in Naples, is seeking energetic EFL teachers who can deliver quality lessons to both young learners and adult students. Although we provide structured courses with plenty of supplementary material, we expect all our teachers to add their own creativity into each class and to really bring the lesson plan to life
We are looking for Native English Speaking applicants who are committed and have genuine interest in teaching. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated and works well in a team oriented environment.
Requirements
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificates equivalent
Teaching experience preferred

Lesson Planning can be a somewhat tedious process depending on the teaching styles. Myself I do general lesson plans that fulfill requirements in case of illness and such but I prefer to be extremely flexible. There are particular lessons that require more work and more activities to make the learning more enjoyable. Flexibility at this point is extremely important to maintain student's progress.This lesson mostly focused on how to choose a proper course book, if you want one. I have learned many important things to look at while choosing a course book, such as including a syllabus or is simply interesting. I feel this lesson also gave the idea of the possibility of no course book, by listing the pros and cons of a course book the teacher can decide which is best for teaching your students.
