Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Reading, listening, writing and speaking are the four basic skills of any language. When teaching or learning a language teachers and students must focus on all because they are equally important. Reading and listening skills are known as the receptive skills while writing and speaking are known as the productive skills. One can read or listen either for a purpose or for entertainment. The first unit was an overview of how the course works, and who the course was designed for. It talked briefly about what would be covered in the six units that span the course. It talked about the many different certifications within the field of teaching business English. It talked a little about the scope and makeup of the industry, including pay, work conditions, and job prospects.
