Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I found it very useful how a foundational grammar was explained and categorised in this unit. Parts of speech is an extremely important part of grammar and if it is taught well in the very beginning will make further learning process much easier. I enjoyed a lot the examples provided in this unit as well as a list of irregular verbs, that is very essential for correct use of tenses. The materials section here felt very similar to what I reviewed for the TEFL certification. It was a good review on putting an emphasis on using both authentic and non-authentic materials. Materials authentic to the work place environment are great, but without sufficient non-authentic materials to lead the students toward learning, the authentic materials can be quite intimidating.
