It is important to know the advantages and disadvantages associated with different materials and how to utilize them through omission, replacements, supplements, and adaptations. Since there are so many differing opinions on course books this unit offered a lot of insight regarding them. It is important to analyze the course book to deem its relevance and helpfulness to the students. This unit covered teaching students in different groups. Young learners require the teacher to be fun, entertaining, and going slow, Individuals students will likely go through material at a much faster rate so plenty of material should be brought. Business students will be highly varied in their age, skill level, attendance, and motivation. This will pose a challenge to the teacher.
