DETAILS OF POSITION:

Age of students: 1-60.

Working week: 4 days - Monday-Thursday.

Contract duration: mid-September 2018 until June 2019.

Accommodation: 90€ per month - a 5 minute walk from the school,

Salary: 800-1200€.

We feel strongly about personal development - teaching how to work with, promote and motivate people - the greatest quality any successful person can have. Thus, we expect good work ethics, an interest in working with people and results. We are not interested in interviewing applicants who personally feel they lack such qualities.

I learned that there is a great deal more to grammar than I remembered from my early school days. Grammar and word placement is not a simple task. I want to make sure that I master this subject to the best of my ability. My students will rely on me to provide a good example of proper grammar. In order to effectively teach the subject, I must learn every aspect of proper grammar.I've learnt new methods, ESA teaching model. There are three elements of ESA engage, study and activity. It makes me more convince I must have the attention of students and involve them emotionally in class. I may use a variety of activities and free communication what they have learned. Individually I'd like to choose to use 'Boomerang' ESA lesson, Engage-Activate1-Study-Activate2.
