Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit covered course books and materials that a teacher uses whilst teaching their students. For many students materials that are created by the teacher are more interesting and welcomed by most students. Materials/resources are split into two main groups: authentic materials and created materials. Because authentic materials aren't created for EFL students they must be carefully chosen.I find this unit very interesting as I learnt the various technical aspects of English grammar. As a teacher, it is essential that I possess such technical knowledge and it is even more important that I am able to explain them clearly. I find the videos very helpful and concise thus I will teach grammar to my students in a similar manner i.e. clear writing and explanation on the whiteboard.
