Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit is based on troubleshooting in the English learning classroom. The unit provides supportive theory and suggestion on the following troubleshooting topics: first lessons, warmers, different levels, large classes, use of native language, reluctant students, and difficulties with listening texts. All of these problem-situations are necessary to be addressed by the in stricture for effective learning of the students.Itwas very important for me to find out some techniques for troubleshooting, because when I tried to ask my colleagues about all these difficult situations I faced, all answered vere different! It was really difficult for an inexperienced teacher deal with all these problems. I wish I had found an answer to all my questions before! I wouldn't have made so many mistakes and my teaching would have been a lot more successful.
