This unit explains about course development. It explains how to classify students according to their level through a placement test, and how through a need analysis we can target common areas of interest of the students to include in the syllabus. i have learnt how to prepare a syllabus based upon several factors such as course duration, employer demand and so on. i have learnt that a syllabus should include at least one progress test and an achievement test at the end of the course.
