In Unit 5 I have larned a lot about classroom management. There are so many important things that might influence classroom ambiance, such as: eye contact, gesture and voice, grouping students, classroom arrangement, writing on the board, giving individual attention, teacher talking time and student talking time, giving instructions and maintaining discipline. There are pros and cons for every aspect, that every teacher should know.I have learned that in order to put together a comprehensive lesson plan is one that should follow a flexible plan. Keeping a plan is a good idea, and following a working document is also good practice, as well as letting the students know what the expectations of the class is. I particularly liked the comment to write down notes after class as to what went well and what can be improved, as to perform best practices for the future.
