Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

The attitude of the teacher influences the class behaviour and reflection. To get better feedback and results from students teachers have to start with positive attitude, speak clearly and use simple words, explain specific terms and instructions in other words. The second lesson looked more effective because the teacher was more positive, oriented more on students than on himself.A teacher's attitude is really important to make a class successful. A friendly and warm teacher would be able to engage students much more effectively than a grumpy and rude teacher. Giving instructions clearly and concisely is required for students to understand the task at hand better. A teacher needs to be open and flexible as well as approachable rather than cold and uninviting.
